• We request you pay in full when securing your booking
• Refunds are available if cancellation is received as follows:
• More than 30 days: 100% refund
• Between 14 days and 30 days: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: sorry, but no refunds

• We respectfully request guests stack the dishwasher and place rubbish in bins
• Please place used towels in the laundry – adjacent to the kitchen
• Spare towels are available in the pantry if needed, and pool towels are in the laundry
• Additional blankets and pillows are available in the wardrobe in each room
• Please be mindful of our neighbours regarding noise
• As we are on tank water, we ask that guests be water wise
